Key Collection

· Keys can be collected at our office located at:

  Castellón de la Plana Street, nº 4; Turis Building. Calpe - 03710 (Alicante).

· A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with key colletion information.

· A refundable security depsit will be requested by blocking it on a credit card.

Arrival and Departure

· As a general ruel, during high season the arrival and departure day will be Saturday.

· In low season we offer the possibility of daily arrival and departure. This option is subject to prior confirmation.

· Check-in from 5:00 p.m.

· Check-out at 10:00 a.m.

Optional Services

· In the apartments, the garage or parking space has an extra charge of 9,90 € per night and is subject to availability at the rime of booking.

· Change of bed linen and extra towels: 10,00 € per person.

· Extra cleaning service 16,50 € per hour and per cleaner.

Additional Information

· The rental villas and apartments cannot be occupied by a number of people greater than that indicated in the contract.

· For long-term winter rentals gas and electricity usage will be charged according to the accumulated consumption during the client's stay.

· Online reservations for arrivals on Sundays or bank holidays require confirmation with the office before booking.
