- Key handover takes place at our office:

- Before your arrival, we will send you an email with all the necessary information to make the process easier.
- At the time of key collection, a refundable deposit will be required, made via a temporary hold on your credit card.
🏖️ Arrival and Departure
We want you to make the most of your holiday, so we adapt the schedules according to the season:
- High season: arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
- Low season: you can arrive and depart on any day of the week (subject to prior confirmation).
- Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: until 10:00 a.m.
💼 Optional Services
Personalize your stay with extra services designed to ensure you have everything you need:
- Parking space or garage: €9.90 per night (subject to availability).
- Additional change of bed linen and towels: €10.00 per person.
- Extra cleaning service: €16.50 per hour per cleaner.
📋 Important Information
- For safety and comfort reasons, the number of occupants may not exceed the number stated in the contract.
- For long stays during the winter, electricity consumption will be billed according to actual use.
- Online bookings with arrivals on Sundays or public holidays must be confirmed in advance by our office.
